On April 30 2024; I went in for $35 silk press and got a $47 blow outšŸ˜³. It started off great. My daughter and I did not have appointments but we were being served within 15-20 minutes.šŸ‘šŸ¾ Had an amazing consultation with my stylist I was so excited about what she was going to do with my hair. šŸ„³But then out of the blue while Iā€™m at the shampoo bowl someone comes and tells her to stop, I think it was the manager of the salon but Iā€™m not sure. My stylist politely saysā€Iā€™m with my client,ā€she said it again ā€œYou must stopā€ she apologizes and walks away. The same manager pull some other stylist off the floor who was just walking by and told her to do my hair. šŸ¤” This stylist/student says ā€œā€¦ but I donā€™t know what she wantsā€¦ā€šŸ˜® She told by that same personā€¦ ā€œtalk to your clientā€ She asked me what service I was there for and we began to wash my hairāœ… While we are in the middle of washing another person walks over and tells her to ā€œstop you using the wrong products on her hairā€ My new stylist says ā€œIā€™ve already started. What am I supposed to doā€ ā€œyou need to stop? Does your client know sheā€™s gonna pay an extra $20 to use that product you got stopā€ she said ā€œIā€™m in the middle of washing her hair.ā€ā€œHow can I just stop to washing her hair. This was not my client she was assigned to meā€ We finished the silk press which was really just a blowout and then it was time for my trimšŸ¤” My stylist had to leave me and get the instructor that was on the floor doing another stylist hairšŸ™„. The students get 5 starsšŸ„° instructor get 1 staršŸ¤¬
