I bought a package facial deal to come here on Groupon . On my first visit , the lady dropped a light on my face twice when doing the service. The second time I went , they charged me even though I had a Groupon deal already scanned in the system from my first visit . They refused to issue me a refund even though they were wrong . It’s not about the money but more of the principle and I will never come back . I don’t recommend

I had a pleasant experience @ the institute. My srvc was Demi color, wash & set with Marie. She is clean, detail oriented & did a great job. I will recommend Ms Marie in the community & I know as her school journey ends, she will maintain that professionalism & talented skills. Good luck Marie!
