Horrible place and doesn't fix there mistakes, I get they are student but aren't the teachers supposed to help them. Pain fell off soon as I left the salon

Shame on Jackie, the “owner” - was rude and confrontational. I requested an eye brow wax and basic facial but the room was dirty- the head rest cover was dirty, the table cover was cracked/ripped and the floor was filthy. When I brought it to her attention she was rude and told me that was how it was and she could give me my money back. Terrible “customer service”

First time I went in, it was fabulous. Cameron did my highs and lows perfectly, I left a happy girl. The next time I went in for same thing, highs and lows, it was a nightmare. I had Alyssa, nice girl and considers herself perfectionist. I left 4 hours later so disappointed. She never touched my dark roots so I expressed my concerns to the Dr pepper drinking teacher that overlooks the girls. She asked me to return on tues so they can fix it. Well, I show up to be greeted by the RUDE blond haired owner who apparently knew who I was. She told me she would charge me $10 for toner. Ok, $10 isn't the problem, what about my roots??!! The receptionist said that roots are extra...WHAT!!! LOL Never in my lifetime have I been charged extra to do the roots, considering that's why I came in. And why wasn't I charged extra the 1st time when they actually only charged me $30!!! The owner was so rude and made such a scene, I was so embarrassed. She said, "I back up my girls". There's some kind of manipulation and controlling going on in that establishment, you can see it in the students faces, how scared they are to make any mistakes. They keep a file on you, FYI, so everything said and done is in there. Plus, they will ask you if they can take a picture of you for training purposes. Oh, boy! I suggest you decline. Needless to say, I haven't been back.
