Aveda has been a staple in my haircare since ~2019. The staff are almost always extremely friendly and professional, and the hair treatment I have gotten has been well worth the price, which is much better than regular salons. I've convinced probably 7-10 friends to go there as well over the years and not one has had a bad experience. To that point, some of my friends who have gone have been Trans or otherwise LGBT and they have all reported that Aveda always strives to serve them without misgendering, and with complete respect and support, so Bravo to that!
