Ive always had positive experiences at the Charlotte Aveda institute! I get a cut and full highlight and it’s always a great experience! The students are professional and listen to what you want and deliver! The instructors always double check on everything as well! I’ve also had a wonderful experience with facials there! I actually prefer getting a facial there over a high end spa!

I recently visited Aveda School, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! My stylist, Jada, displayed incredible dedication and skill throughout my appointment. From the moment I sat in her chair, it was clear she was passionate about her craft. Jada took the time to listen to what I wanted and carefully explained each step of the process, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident. What truly made the experience exceptional was the hands-on approach from her educator Nikkia. She was present every step of the way, offering guidance and support to Jada while allowing her to showcase her talent. The collaboration between Jada and her educator was seamless, and the result was nothing short of stunning. My hair has never looked better! I highly recommend Aveda School, not only for their talented students like Jada but also for the dedication and involvement of their educators. At Aveda Arts & Sciences Institutes Charlotte, stylists and skin care specialists learn about naturally derived and organic products. The cosmetology program is a mixture of theory and extensive hands-on learning. You learn everything from cutting and coloring to texture services, makeup application, and nail care. Students are also fully trained in business development, wellness retail knowledge, and gaining and retaining clients.
Their esthiology program provides training on trademarked Aveda flower and plant essences and wellness rituals. You learn how to provide an Aveda spa experience through skin care, wax techniques, makeup, and more.
As a student at this school, you gain access to a network of affiliated spas, institutes, and stores across the nation. Every Aveda student also receives an iPad. An Aveda cosmetology student on Indeed says, “Good combination of class room and hands on training. We learned many techniques as well as technical terms for services and different scenarios.
