I had a deeply disappointing experience, especially considering my expectations and the communication breakdown that occurred. It’s frustrating when service doesn’t meet your standards, especially when you’re trusting someone with something as personal as your hair. It’s also upsetting that the student’s reaction made you feel singled out and uncomfortable during the process. My feedback about client service is important, especially in a field that relies heavily on communication and trust. It's understandable to expect someone, particularly someone who shares your background, to have an understanding of your hair care needs, but unfortunately, experience and skill can vary, even among professionals with similar personal experiences.
