Editor's Description
International Certification
Based on the work of the "First Lady of Esthetics" Christine Valmy, this school strives to deliver a high-quality experience across the spectrum of beauty education, skincare treatment methods, and all-natural products for personal and professional care.
The school's 600-hour esthetics program is split into four modules—theory, practical, makeup, and clinical—to give students an in-depth understanding of how the skin works and responds to formulas and treatment methods. Students are then taught how to apply that knowledge, perform treatments and select appropriate solutions to address skin issues. Learners also become proficient in both the fundamentals and specialties of makeup application.
Courses in waxing, nail specialty, makeup, and international certification are also available. "I very much enjoyed my evening classes," says alumna Ashley. "The instructors share their real-world experience and prepared me to make sure I would pass the state board."
