I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Columbus Technical College. The staff have been consistently rude and unhelpful. They often don't answer the phones, and departments like Veterans Affairs and Admissions are unbearably slow. The level of professionalism is shockingly low, with staff making inappropriate jokes and slick comments. If you're considering this college, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Columbus Technical College has been nothing short of an embarrassment, and I regret my decision to attend.

The admissions office seemed to be the only office that was remotely useful when registering to attend in the Fall as a new student. The Veterans office and financial aid office need to get better educated and organized. Keep on getting told that I cannot pay via financial aid until July and my schedule says to pay by certain date, which has passed now, because I keep getting different answers whether I speak to someone on the phone or in person. I registered, same day FA office said to return later in week as something with FAFSA wasn't working.....I called a few days later and was told everything is good and went in the following day. When I arrived the next day the FA office told me they couldn't assist with my financial aid and scholarships etc until July....makes no sense. Someone please get these employees on the same page and/or get ones that know, and are willing, to do their job. Seriously considering attending college elsewhere 🤔

What type of College isn't excited or helpful for a potential new student. My daughter walked in there to get a few questions answered and all that she was greeted with was continuous eye rolls, huffs and nasty attitudes. Great school.... NOT If anyone is curious I definitely would not choose this backwoods learning center for further education. #notacollege
