It looked clean and like a fine establishment until an instructor announced across the facility that my stroller-contained children (who were behaving) and I had to leave due to me not having anyone to watch them. My student friend and other students state that they have had other clients bring children without problems, so while I understand this rule entirely, this should be enforced for EVERYONE, not just when an instructor decides to enforce it 🤷♀️ It was extremely embarrassing for it to have been announced across the facility instead of discretely notifying my friend and I of the situation.

First-time customer and a person of color. I requested wash/cond/cut, which is what I received, but I question as to what I received. The wash was different. I've always gotten shampoo saturated throughout my hair, and this I know to be clean. But here, it was not, and I wondered if my hair was clean or if it's just a culture difference. Really, I don't know. For the conditioning, she asked if I had a preference, I didn't. I shared with her that I was at her mercy. I was hoping she would take charge and work her magic. She never did. For the cut, she asked me about different cuts. My hair is natural and in an awkard shaped afro. I just wanted it shaped. The cost was $10. I left not being satisfied, which is probably due to the cultural differences. I wasn't able to relax and received the nessarary expertise on my hair. They don't want you asking for a stylist. It's computer generated, which again isn't meeting my hair care needs. Will I go back? I really don't know! The goal here is for every student to develop experience on all types of hair.

The staff was super nice! It was my first time and I felt very welcomed. Adysen did my hair and did an amazing job! Came in for a wash, trim, and a style. I would definitely come again.
