Makiah did any exceptional job on my silk press. By far the best experience working with a student in my many years of going to hair schools to get my hair done. My only complaint is my hair sweated out before I left because the A/C wasn’t working. 😩 I know this is no fault to staff so I didn’t want my rating to reflect that but it was hot and uncomfortable so hopefully by the time you go, it will be back working.

Had the best facial with Chasidee at Sterling Institute on this past Saturday! Not only did she have my skin glowing, but she was also soooo patient with me because, let’s be real—I asked a million questions. She answered every single one without making me feel annoying, which I really appreciate! She made the whole experience super relaxing and fun, and my skin feels amazing. If you need someone who actually listens, knows their stuff, and won’t rush you, Chasidee is your girl! Can’t wait to go back! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
