Barbra is one of the best hairstylists I’ve ever worked with. I will most definitely be coming back. She is kinda, patient, and funny. She went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my hair and was honest with how it looked. Plus you'll apply your skills on your mannequins using your professional student kit. As part of your new student kit you will receive the Career Success Tablet. Your textbooks and curriculum are downloaded onto your tablet. As you progress through your training, you'll have the confidence to work in a student salon environment with guests.

At Empire Beauty School, cosmetology students learn the latest trends in hair cutting, coloring, and design, alongside nail services such as manicures and pedicures, esthetic skincare procedures, and marketing and communication skills to help build a business through positive word of mouth. The school's Tampa campus offers a full salon service, allowing students to practice their skills on real clients.
If you haven't yet completed a high school diploma, Empire Beauty School may be able to help. They allow students to complete their high school diplomas through a partnership with Penn Foster, meaning you can finally fulfill your dream of becoming a licensed cosmetologist.
Alumna Geneva said studying at the school allowed her to take her business to the next level: "Before coming to empire, I held a hair braiding license, but entered the full cosmetology program to be able to expand my clientele and build my business long term."
