Called super excited to be able to start before/right after I finished my GED. I called to get more information about the program the person who answered the phone (black lady) was being extremely rude telling me that they follow the rules and I needed to go back to what ever other college I was at previously (she didn't believe FASFA grants without GED) which was AUSTIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE. Definitely broke my heart and the desire to come here. If you want a good way to NEVER want to go back to school, call here. **Called back to get her name, she asked what I needed so I told her I was the one you just told to go back to where I came from and she laughed and said "yep that was me" told me the name of the school and hung up on me, didn't want to give me her information.

My husband is a firm believer in the great services he receives here. They have a special on now (end of November and during December) and he's been telling everyone. Someone who used this beauty school for the first time today (after Richard's recommendation) walked up to us and told us she was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited by the students. She thanked him for letting her know about a great experience. Richard has a pedicure, as well as a haircut regularly.
