I’m a transfer student from AIA, a school who has traumatized me. I am very grateful to ISSN for accepting us with all our baggage and rage. One of the things that I like about ISSN is all the addition programs they are investing in for their students. I am currently in the SKIN PROGRAM & I am 6 weeks into the PHLEBOTOMY PROGRAM (which I absolutely love). Ms. Denise Walle is the director and educator of the Allied Health programs and the best in her field. I am one of her first students in the phlebotomy program. I have to be honest; it is an accelerated program 8 weeks, lot of information lots of work and yes you will be sticking each other. BUT IT IS ALL WORTH IT!!!!! Ms. Denise is with you through every stick coaching you through every sweat & tears, supporting you through and through. She is awesome. What’s great about the Phlebotomy program it’s quick get your certificate, test for your license and you can start working in the field right away or use in with skin care. You can’t go wrong with ISSN & Phlebotomy have given me a well-rounded experience. BONUS: we get our CPR/BLS class & certification as well. Below is my classmate who is so sweat to let me film 😊

I am a student from Health and Style institute, which abruptly closed down this past week without informing any students. I had finished my cosmetology program and was in need of my transcript and to try to figure out if I needed to transfer schools or how to apply to take my state board test. I was calling everyone I could to see if they could help. I told Heather in admissions my story and she immediately tried to get me to come in to the school and see what they could do to help. In my past experience with cosmetology schools they want one thing only, your money. So I was hesitant about making the hour drive to this school, but I am so glad I did. Heather made me feel so welcomed and she got right down to business to see what they could do to help me. She informed Pam Jones, the director of the school, my situation and they were able to get in contact with state board and got my transcript within minutes and gave me the steps I needed to apply to take my test for state board. I am not even a student here and they went above and beyond to help me out. I am so so so appreciative of them and in the near future when I need to continue education classes, this is by far the school I will chose! You can tell they genuinely care about their students and they’re proud of the work they do. Heather and Pam Jones, you are the best and I appreciate you so much!

Thank you, ISNNMT, for inviting Natural Hairology to share braiding and locking techniques with your talented cosmetology students! It was such a joy teaching them — their attentiveness, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn made the experience truly rewarding. Honestly, three hours flew by way too fast! I would’ve loved even more time to dive deeper into these beautiful techniques and engage in more hands-on practice with your amazing students. Looking forward to future opportunities to connect, educate, and share even more knowledge with your school!
