I graduated from Lake Area (when it was still called Institution) with 2 kinds of degrees to help in business. I just wanted to shout out the MakerSpace! I don’t know if it’s still there, but it was a place for students to get away and use their creativity for free to make gifts or help make a school project shine! It was the place I learned to sew and use a heat press and oddly enough, a soldering machine 😂 I’m currently making an awesome t-shirt blanket and it’s amazing only because I found my passion for crafting in that space❤️
