I paid my $10 for basic haircut services and 5 minutes later she refunded my money and escorted me out the shop. Unbeknownst to me I 'TIPPED' the student barber $5 dollars three weeks prior and that was a 'No-No'. I assumed they remember my face from my prior visit. If you don't want clients tipping the students, then I advise you posting a sign in clear view making us aware of the policies. I'm NOT going to discredit the barber college because they offer a credible, inexpensive service in the neighborhood. But don't EMBARRASS individuals because they wasn't aware of your rules.

brought my boys in to get hair cuts and she stated to me "you dont be tipping them". i didnt know it was a requirement to tip. the other shops are not like that. So this was today 11/16/24 @ 1:30pm. she said her name is charlette. Like do the corporation know thats what your doing. i will be giving them a call monday.
