I went in to get a shag and came out with the worst looking bob of my life. i will never go back in this salon, i don’t recommend it to anyone. i had to go to a salon after this to fix it. that’s how bad it was, came out looking like this ..

If I could give a minus five star I would! This is the absolute worst school I’ve been too. Let me explain my appointment was for 1030am I told them before hand while making the appointment my hair was down to my butt. So I walk in I sit there for 40 minutes because “ the towels weren’t dry” mean while the student doing my hair walked about went out to her car 3xs the “teacher” I use the word loosely was eating at the desk watching all the students on their phones. Anyway I finally get to the chair 45 minutes after my appointment was suppose to start all is well until it’s 1220 and I realize the back of my head isn’t even done and I need to leave at 130, mind you I gave 3 hours for the appointment double what it takes at my salon. Anyway I let the teacher know they tell me I have to come me back to finish another day, I said are you seriously telling me I have to leave with half my head done. So after trying to blame my for my long hair, mind you they were told about , And that they are students and it takes longer than usual. I asked to speak with the director: she tells the teacher to help to get it done in time there’s an hour left, thinking it would get done. I had to run out with my hair soaked and in a knot, oh I forgot while I was being processed the student spent her time looking on the floor for her nose ring instead of keeping the hair dryer on my head. This while the teacher looks on and Complains she’s late for her lunch after I watched her stuff her face the 45 minutes at the desk before I even got in the chair. My hair is absolutely ruined the teacher who did the front it came out as bad if not worse than the student!!!!!!! Please do not ever go here or to any salon that hires from here this place is a joke. Instead of making excuses for the students they should be held accountable for their actions that way they will have a real fighting chance in the working world!

This is by far the worst Cosmetology School ever!! DO NOT come here. I had first hand experience here. I transferred to this school having hours already from my previous school. All I needed was a few months to finish up the rest of my hours. I was able to finish up my hours but no thanks to them making everything extremely difficult for me. For example if you're late 15 minutes, you have to pay for missing a whole hour! how crazy is that?!! They sold me by how kind they acted at first but obviously that was just for me to get through the door. When I finished my hours finally, they told me I couldn't get my certificate because I didn't take some mock exam, when I completed all my hours and financial aid told me I graduated. I Paid for my education!! I finished. I need my certificate for state board.
