I am a recent graduate from NHITA and I cannot say enough great things about my time there. Upon registration I was one of those inquiring minds filled with question and concerns about this new venture a massage therapist and Carol was beyond patient and endlessly supportive with me. If she didn’t have an answer at the time she would always get back to me which made me feel validated and supported from day 1. She was my first great impression and her leadership and support transpired throughout the rest of the instructors over the course of the year and she was outstanding sharing her knowledge about Neuromuscular Technique. ‘You know it!’ RJ was phenomenal breaking the fundamentals of massage down to its core and you could tell her passion for the work through her teaching and thorough instruction. She knew her stuff inside and out and was amazing at meeting all levels of learning and breaking the material down in many ways for all learners to understand. She had so much to offer and share and she went above and beyond to do so. ‘She’s so pretty!’ 🤗 Amanda was superhuman in her ability to break down the anatomy and physiology of the human body and her patience and willingness to help you succeed made anyone a believer in themselves and feel empowered. It’s a difficult and challenging program but with that said you come out of it prepared, knowledgeable with the insight you need to be the best massage therapist out there and feel confident in your abilities, performance and level of skill. Taylor was a joy, sharing her passion and insight working with those with Cancer, and a thorough overview of the many pathologies we may confront during our careers and the significances of massage, and her insight on Nutrition was impressive. Julie was a machine with her knowledge, insight and willingness and ability to share the benefits of Circulatory, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports and Deep Tissue Massage as well as Trigger Point. Her patience and positive energy made every class a joy to be a part of and inspired me in so many ways. I personally suffer from a learning disability amongst other things and was intimidated about embarking on this new career path. I can confidently say it was the best choice I made and I couldn’t imagine a better support system or leadership team to have pushed and prepared me for where I am at today. I know own my own massage business, and am so appreciative for all they have taught me. NHITA was the best choice I made in a long time and will get my #1 vote everytime!

The education I received at New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts changed my life! The instructors were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The information dispensed was timely and the atmosphere fostered encouragement for our growth and expertise as Massage Therapists. As a successful, practicing Massage Therapist for 5 years now, I highly recommend this school if you are considering a career in Massage Therapy! Roxanne K. Cunningham, LMT

I looked at a few schools before deciding on this one. I should start by saying that I had no prior experience/education in the medical field or with anatomy. After meeting with the director of this school I was confident it was the right choice. I know a lot of Massage Therapy students that come out of school intimidated to go out on their own. This wasn't the case here, the knowledge and skill I acquired from this school was MORE than enough to prepare me for the real world. In fact I went right out to open my own business with success. All of the instructors worked to make sure all the students were caught up with the material, no matter what style of learning was required. Anytime I need advice about massage therapy, I don't hesitate to reach out to my old instructors even years after I've graduated. I highly recommend this school.
