You can't get here if not by car. The LIRR will take you as far as the Syosset station and it's about 3 miles on foot (30min) or a 5 minute drive . There are 3 local cab services. Good massage therapists and great acupuncturists by way of the students (ala NYU) or licensed supervisor but you'll need to make an appointment.
