Very disappointed. Both times I went I did not receive the hair cut I asked for. Both times my hair was shorter than I asked and took FOREVER-like 4 to 5 hours each-ridiculous(and the second one was a simple trim). The second time I went, the hair stylist promised me a time slot AND THEN WENT ON LUNCH DURING THAT TIME!!! And when she was notified I was there, was unwilling to even make an appearance. The receptionist had to rush to FIND someone to FINISH my haircut...and I'm pretty sure she put me with one of their most untrained and confidence-lacking students. The one highlight is for the second cut, the teacher came and not only checked, but refined and finished the cut and was good at it(she was the ONLY teacher I was impressed with). THE FIRST TIME, I LITERALLY ASKED FOR THIS SERVICE TO SAVE SOME OF THE LENGTH OF MY HAIR AND WAS DENIED...ended up loosing a lot more hair:/ Don't plan to return.

Wow! I just had a really cool experience at a really cool place with really nice people. Capable students, attentive, teachers, and world class service. I can’t believe this is a school - it felt like I was at a five star spa in Helsinki Finland! I’ll definitely be back.

Very poor scheduling services for texting. I have yet to try calling for an appointment and have not been in for an appointment so I can’t review what that is like yet. However, I got about one text a day (zero during the weekend) even when scheduling two weeks in advance. I was told there were three time slots available. I asked for the first spot but by the time they responded it was full so I asked for the second slot. Again they didn’t respond till the next day and then that spot was full. Very very poor communication. Except they were responding very promptly after I just cancelled everything. I don’t know if I will bother trying again.
