(WARNING CHEMICAL BURNS DO NOT BLEACH YOUR HAIR HERE!) Got my hair done on friday at 10am-5:30pm. 1 STAR The student left bleach on my hair (only my roots!) for 5 hours!!!! Her instructor came over a few times and only said looks great its nicely saturated. Her instructor also came over just to check the first strands that she applied it on and when it started looking dry said to reapply some more on to it. There is plenty of times I asked the girl to check it and make sure it's still good and she was like yeah it's fine. I asked her if before we did my main roots if we were going to wash it and she said no we're just going to apply it on your main roots and then rinse. I tried to trust her process. The entire hair day which I was only going in to get a bleach cut and dye! It took her 7 hours. Her instructor did my haircut which was uneven I asked for layers and right in the front I wanted a slight curtain bang look but not short curtain bangs (so I didnt have it falling out of ponytails)both sides are very different lengths. The coloring process was easy for them I had two girls doing the color one on each side of my hair. But the next day after, I had to rush home early from work because my scalp was on fire and itching (as if I had like itching powder on me). It was UNBEARABLY painful. The second I got home I showered in ice cold water which was relieving and after that it was still burning and itching! The entire day I had ice on it and when I took the icepack off its start up again!!!! And it was still itching even two more days after the first day..... my mom called the store and told them about it and the dude acted as if I had an allergic reaction. I am not allergic to bleach I have been bleaching my hair since I was 10. He told her that the girl that did my hair would be back in on Tuesday so I went in today with my mom. The girl at the reception told me they don't do refunds. She didn't even offer me a coupon she offered to fix the haircut but I told her no because I had to head to work soon. She wanted me to come in another day to get the haircut fixed why would I come in after this. Thoroughly disappointed. I paid $120 and gave the student a $15 tip ($135 total). DO NOT COME HERE. The student was really nice it was her second week I do not blame the student for this I blame the instructor. The instructors need to get better at teaching their students and they need to quit being absent-minded. Not to mention when this girl was doing my hair everybody left the Salon even the instructors and the girl that was doing my hair was trying to find the instructor. Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible instructors!!! Do not I repeat do not come here please. I hate the fact that I was actually thinking about applying for college here.... Horrible Idea waste of your time and money.

Made appointment for pedicures days in advanced to get done before a wedding and when I arrived was told my 6 month old child was not allowed on their floor . Was never told this information before my appointment nor does it say in their website ( that I could find) children are not allowed . The lady at the front desk was very rude about it to and told me “well you should have asked when you booked “ …. Since when does anyone have to ask if a 6 month old child is able to go to a salon ? All the places I’ve gone have no problem. With children let alone a breast feed dependent child ? We went to Lee nails acrosss the street HIGHLY suggest they were so kind and laughed and welcomed my child.
