Shawna Shoaf (faculty, Department Chair Fine Arts, Humanities, and Media Communications) conducted the interview and proposed the offer to me. I accepted via email, on time, as I was asked to. Shawna Shoaf then "ghosted" me, meaning she did not respond to my acceptance email or calls. She then accidentally emailed me a receipt for a bolo tie.
