The whole process was a complete mess and truly a roller coaster of stress!! The admissions process was a complete mess and after being ignored And miss advised by two "success" coaches I was registered for classes on a late admission. Then the night before the courses started too late to drop them I was told I could be financially responsible for them since they run a report once every three months for other schools and I missed sending a transcript for a college I attended more than 15 years ago for one class in which I never included on any college application since I had attended 2 others since. We got that fixed okay cool. I start my first course and if you take nothing else understand that you should NEVER take a course by Deanna Stephens. She taught from the WRONG book for weeks and refused to meet or address the situation. She is the prime example for why Tenure should not be a thing. She singled me out and gaslighted me into being the only student struggling in her course. Don't believe me you can read her reviews on Rate my professor. Then the college VP Ward told me it seems like it was a "personality" issue. Taking no responsibility for the professor complete incompetince! Then I was told I could either put my SAP with Pell at risk and withdrawal from the class or I could owe the college $323. My student success coach has been ambivalent in the matter with nothing to say or help. The ONLY person who reflected any sort of caring in this situation is Dean Greenlee. ** The President of the College couldn't even be bothered to reply. Go student success!

The best facility in East Tn Dr. Cline by far is the most amazing doctor and my kids love her. What a blessing to have found her for all 5 of my kids. Amanda greats us upon coming in with a smile and works around my busy schedule and she is a blessing to the facility.
