The team was all over the place with communication from the beginning with scheduling the appointment.I received over 5 text notification of a different date and time of serices, even a cancelled service notification and each notification from the school was wrong. The amount of times I had to call and confirm accuracy was unnecessary. The day of services the lead instructor, Bradley, assisting my technician was RUDE to say the least. Not rude with his words but his actions towards the client. When I tried to clarify misinformation that was provided his attitude was unnecessary. I was also quotes one price over the phone then told a different price at check out, but the receptionist honored my quoted price which was appreciative. I will never go to this location again. We live in SF and the Concord and San Jose experiences are so much worth the traffic and tolls than going back to this place.
