If I could give this zero stars I would. My haircut was one of the worst I’d ever seen. Here is one picture posted. You can see that half of my hair has been chopped off (I specifically asked not to get length removed) and this is what I have been left with. The most uneven choppy haircut it looks like a 3 year old cut it. I reached out to address the situation very respectfully and this woman named Deedee sat there and gave me the ugliest attitude and made me feel shame for even saying anything. She gaslit (yes really, gaslit) me and was incredibly rude. I will never be returning and I want to make sure that this woman deedee is held accountable for the way that she treats customers. I did not ask for a Bob. And my hair is super curly. I am left looking like Dora and i had to spend $300 on extensions because of how short and awful this hair is
