Everyone was really friendly, yet I went in the 1st time to dye my roots & ended up with golden brown/some reds. I was upset, so I contacted them via email as they don’t answer the phone (not sure if that’s always the case) & asked for them to please fix it the way I asked. They set me up another appointment & I was SUPER excited to get back to my original color…again that didn’t happen. The gal who did my hair said that’s not possible as we would have to do a full foil & bleach. So she did only a part foil & she took before/after pics, showed them to me…doesn’t look much different to me. I also took before and after pics both times. She then wanted me to come back in a month, told me it’s $61 plus weight of the color. I did not want to hurt her feelings as she’s a sweetheart, so I agreed yet I’m canceling. I’ve had my hair done the way I wanted it before at Empire Beauty & they charge $39 & up for a full foil. Thank you all for trying to do my hair, yet I think I will stick with Empire from now on. In the pics you can see my original blonde, then the brown, then the before it was colored again, 1 pic & 2 after, one at their salon, the other where I stay.

Brianna was absolutely fantastic! She has a warm,bubbly personality and incredibly smart. I came in for my regular blonde highlights. I made the comment my hair lacks volume and is super fine and thin. She asked me a few questions and then suggested to my hair would look thicker if I went back to my natural dark blonde with focus highlights. She is a genius! My hair looks and feels so much thicker and healthier! She also noticed my haircut from the night before was uneven. So she and her instructor fixed my cut. That is going above and beyond for client service! Any salon that hires her is going to hit the jackpot!
