I have had messed up nails from here and I let it go because clearly the products weren't quality. Even 30 minutes after the appointment, opening a straw caused them to get messed up. The student was friendly and nice. Then today I decided to have a facial because one I had before was nice. I gave them a chance after the nail fiasco. Today was a different matter. The student McKenna spent a lot of time on her previous appointment. Mine was for 4 PM. Then she finally came to see me at 4:20 PM. She said she has a few questions for me. I told her niacinamide is my allergy and started walking towards the facial area. She said that if I was going to get attitude with her then she wouldn't do the appointment and that I was rushing her because her previous appointment was her family member. Then that she wouldn't do the appointment. Her educator came over. She told her educator that she couldn't do her greeting and that I walked away from her. I told her that I answered the usual question about allergies and started walking towards the facial area. Her educator stated that we should agree to disagree and not have the appointment with her. So I made sure I wouldn't be charged for a missed appointment and left. There was nothing professional about this experience. Talk about a misnomer in the naming.
