I don’t understand the purpose of having a phone and advising people to contact departments that simply do not answer. For the sake of PTC, I’m going to assume that they’re short staffed in Admissions, Advising and Records. I have never been told “your estimated wait time is 3 minutes” so many times in my life! I hope the success rate isn’t equivalent to the success rate of communication here. Hire me! I’ll answer the phones. My goodness!

I attended PTC about 4 years ago to obtain a few undergrad courses as a science major. At the time the science department was well managed and run by a great department head. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. The department head is not proficient in English and you'll be at a detriment on any classes you take in the science field with him. I would advise you try UALR or UCA for any science courses you are trying to take. Avoid UAPTC if you want to be prepared for a future in the sciences.
