Zero stars is what you deserve!!! My boyfriend had stopped in and asked about getting my hair colored to which he was given a starting price. He came and sent me immediately over. I get there and the girl at the desk was clueless and then was told I had to bring my own color. WHY THE HELL WASN'T THIS TOLD TO MY BOYFRIEND?!?! But no instead wait until you can completely embarrass me in front of tons of people. Transparency is key and you have zero. School or not everyone should be told the same things period. Do better!

Called and asked to schedule 2 appointments for me and my daughter for pedicures and was told we could come in right now as there were plenty of people there. We showed up around 1:08 and was told that they didn't know if they had anyone that would do a pedi since they don't have the right equipment and it hurts the student backs and they do not require the student s to do pedicures. I asked if we could get just a toenail polish and was still told no, so I just left feeling very confused and disheartened. I didn't ask for names bc I am not trying to get anyone in trouble. Maybe it is a system flaw?

This instructor has the Midas Touch teaching the students! Been awhile since someone cared about teaching the new beauticians. They're checking before they start and after they finish. I appreciated the thorough job. Wish they would post the menu of services offered because this was the first time I've seen it in over a decade. They style and cut wigs???? Arrive before 1 if you want dye, bleach, chemicals, or nails.
