Based on my experiences, I would advise caution when choosing this school. I wouldn't want to invest significant time, money and effort in a program only to encounter obstacles the staff creates that hinder progress.

This is the oldest university in the state of Indiana. You would not know that by visiting it though. It has a complete collection of some of the most state-of-the-art facilities of any university visited. This is an outstanding institution with a great history of producing great graduates at the two and four year level. They have a catalogue of transferrable programs that can go to just about any other university. The faculty and staff are some of the best in the nation. It is easy to find using Google Maps.
