As I complete the full specialty program today, I have to say that I had a great experience here! The instructors are amazing. Mrs.Tammy and Ms. Brittany are the absolute best instructors for nails. They take the time to work one on one with each student in the classroom. I have to give a huge shout out to Mrs.Tanya for going above and beyond to help me get through school. She can be the hardest person to get ahold of at times, but that is because everyone in the school needs her! She has a heart of gold and listens to every problem brought her way. She is very knowledgeable and will break down any scenario you may need to understand. I am proud to have been apart of this school family!

I am deeply saddened by the fact I must post this negative review about a place that has given me nothing but positive results over several years. I have had very positive experiences with many mature students who did a super job with my hair . My last experience was a negative one and it occurred with the same student twice . After she did a root color touch up my scalp itched so intensely I couldn’t stand it . I called the school to complain. The hair instructor said I’d probably developed an allergic reaction to the matrix hair product and that had caused a dermatitis type itching if my scalp . But I went to a different hairdresser who tested me with a patch that showed no allergy to matrix products. She said she saw a rash on my neck and she thought the student hadn’t rinsed the color off completely . I spoke to the teacher about this but she never offered to compensate me for this error on the students part in any way. I have had to go elsewhere to get my hair done because I don’t trust Bene anymore. Also twice this month I’ve tried to get in for a pedicure but did not due to the new receptionist confusing my appointment time . Also lately I’ve had bad luck as I’m getting more immature students who are easily offended by political opinions and I can’t speak my mind honestly about anything anymore. This adds a real strain to my Bene experience. The bottom line is I’ve had to find new places to go to book all of the services I used to get done at Bene . I can’t say enough good things about Ms Tanya the skin guru and Ms Lauren the massage lady who both have so much experience and knowledge. I am in complete awe of both of them 👍
