Very unprofessional, went in for service...unprofessional atmosphere and unprofessional management. With better management, could be successful. 10/23/24 Since I can't put another review, I'm adding to an old one. This place is terrible! The management SUCKS! Totally rude. Technicians are on the floor using their phones, eating at the stations, etc. There is no supervisor present on the floor to monitor. They have ZERO sense of urgency. NO customer service, AT ALL!

So I came here to get my hair washed blow dried talking about they can’t do my hair because I have dandruff you a hair salon you supposed to get the dandruff out of a client hair

I would give zero stars if I could. Mom went there to get her hair curled and the stylist kept messing it up. She wanted it curled forward and the stylist kept gelling it back. They are students so we understood. After the 4th time of the stylist gelling her hair back my mom said that's ok she will pay and go somewhere else. The young stylist started yelling at my 70yr old mom and went to the manager. Idk what she told the manager but she came out and banned my mom from the shop because she hurt the "stylist feelings." Even after other customers and stylist tried to stand up for my mom. When she tried to tell her side of the story the manager said, "what do you expect for $20" and she is right. Expect horrible service from management and to be treated like trash.
