Editor's Description

Loraines Academy in St Petersburg has a long history within the beauty community, having been recognized locally, nationally, and internationally for vocational beauty education since 1966. Their 1,200-hour cosmetology program can be taken as a stand-alone license or combined with one of their facial or nail programs for more specialized education.

They also offer a range of shorter courses, including massage therapy, clinical skincare, and facial skin specialties.

With such a longstanding history in the industry, there are plenty of enthusiastic testimonials from former students, such as this one from alumna Sharon: "It TRULY is the BEST!!! Amazingly knowledgeable, patient and FUN instructors. And, the owners Kathryn and Nancy are just two of the nicest people you could know. BEST school! BEST training, anywhere!!!"
